BUYER GUIDE

How to Prepare a Wholesale Eyewear Inquiry

A clear first message helps sales review the right product direction and confirm the details that affect availability, sampling, pricing and delivery.

Start with the product category

State whether the project is for optical frames, sunglasses or both. If you already have a reference or sample, explain which details you want to keep and which details remain open.

Include the market and target quantity

A destination market and a realistic quantity range help the sales team review suitable options, MOQ, samples, packaging and delivery discussions. A range is more useful than leaving quantity blank.

Describe the product requirements

List the materials, frame colors, lens direction, logo or packaging requirements that matter to the project. Separate confirmed requirements from ideas that are still being considered.

Explain what you need confirmed

Ask clearly about current availability, MOQ, sample process, price basis, packaging, delivery scope and timing. These items may change by product and project.

Review the draft before sending

The contact form can create an email or WhatsApp draft. Check the model or reference details, quantity, destination and requirements before sending the message.

Questions to review

What should I include in the first inquiry?

Include the category, market, target quantity, materials or colors under consideration, any reference material and the commercial details you need confirmed.

Can I send a product reference image?

You can send images you have the right to share. Sales can review the product direction, but a reference does not by itself confirm brand ownership, authorization or exact manufacturing origin.
